Attendee Registration
Attendees may register online or by completing the 2008 Fuel Cell Seminar & Exposition Registration Form.

Registrations received without full payment will not be processed. Wire transfers and purchase orders are not accepted. Checks should be made payable to Fuel Cell Seminar and MUST be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Amex, Visa, MasterCard are all accepted.

Exhibitor Registration

Each 10’x10’ booth receives one (1) complimentary technical conference registration and an unlimited number of exhibit staff badges. Please contact Amy Roth, Exhibits Manager, at fuelcell@courtesyassoc.com or by phone at 202-973-8671 to receive a specialized registration link.

The registration fee for the Fuel Cell Seminar & Exposition does not include admission to any of the special educational programs or Short Courses held on Monday. You must register and pay the additional fee for those programs separately.

EXHIBITORS receive one Seminar registration with the purchase of a booth; additional Exhibitor staff are considered Exhibitor Personnel, and have limited access, or may purchase additional Seminar registrations.

One-Day Registration

Short Courses
All attendees are invited to attend one or more of the three educational programs on Monday, October 27th. Short courses are held the day before the Seminar begins and there is separate registration fee for each.

Name Badges

Name badges will be provided to all registered attendees and are required to enter all areas of the Seminar. Exhibit Hall Only registrants must stop at Registration and complete a form to be issued a badge.

Short Course ONLY attendees will be issued a separate name badge to enter those one-day events on Monday.

NO BADGES WILL BE MAILED.

2008 Abstract Volume

2008 Fuel Cell Seminar & Exposition Abstract Book will be printed in limited quantities. Though some copies will be available for purchase on-site, it is strongly recommended that you order your printed volume with your advance registration. All Seminar registrants will receive a CD of the Abstract book with the Meeting program.


Receipts

All who register online will receive a receipt/confirmation after they register via e-mail. All registrants will receive a receipt attached to the badge that will be given at the meeting. Printed receipts for on-site registration or additional purchases will be available on-site at the Registration Desk.


On-site Registration Hours

Any registration received after September 26 will be considered an on-site registration. On–site registration will be located on the Lower Level of the Phoenix Convention Center during the following hours:

 Sunday, October 26:

12 pm – 6 pm

 Monday, October 27:

7 am – 6pm

 Tuesday, October 28:

7 am – 6pm

 Wednesday, October 29:

7 am – 6pm

 Thursday, October 30:

7:30 am – 4 pm

On-site registration will accept company checks or personal checks drawn on a US bank, Travelers checks, credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express only) and cash.

Printed receipts for fees and additional purchases will be available at the Registration Desk.
