You are cordially invited to exhibit at the 2007 Fuel Cell Seminar & Exposition scheduled for October 15-18 at the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas. The Seminar’s commercial exhibition will showcase the impact that fuel cell technology will have in meeting global energy and environmental needs and will feature over 150 exhibiting companies.

Exhibit Information
The cost for a 10’ X 10’ booth is $2500. In an effort to provide additional exhibitor opportunities, we are also offering a Small Business Booth Rate of $1700, to companies that, including their affiliates, have 50 or fewer employees and have been in operation for a period of less than five years. These rates include one complimentary Seminar registration for each exhibiting company and five complimentary “Exhibit Hall Only” badges. NOTE: Meals, Abstract Books and Conference Giveaway Items are not included for “Exhibit Hall Only” registrants.

What is included in the price of a booth space?
- One complimentary seminar registration for each exhibiting company

- Five (5) exhibit hall only badge registrations at no additional charge
- Up to five (5) additional exhibit hall only badge registrations at $150.00 each
- Complimentary pre-and post-show mailing lists (mailing addresses only)
- Food and beverage areas in exhibit hall to increase traffic flow
- Standard backwall 8' drape and draped sidewalls 36" high
- One 7" x 44" identification sign with company name
- Comprehensive online Exhibitor's Service Kit containing all necessary forms and information regarding booth furnishings, electrical and utility service, and shipping
- 24-hour security in the exhibit hall from move-in through teardown
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of the aisles and common exhibit areas
- A Welcome Reception held in the Exhibit Hall on Monday evening
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT HYDROGEN DEMONSTRATIONS
Any exhibiting company planning to use hydrogen (or any other potentially flammable substance) in the 2007 Fuel Cell Seminar & Exposition Exhibit Hall should e-mail the following information to fuelcell@courtesyassoc.com by August 1, 2007.
- Amount of hydrogen being used
- How the hydrogen will be used
- How the hydrogen will be stored
- Dates hydrogen will be onsite in the Exhibit Hall
- Contact name and phone number for onsite representative responsible for hydrogen canisters
New "Early Teardown" Policy: |

Early teardown or dismantling of booths by exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Early tear-down or dismantling disrupts the integrity of the show, and endangers attendees still in the exhibit hall. By signing the booth space agreement, exhibitors agree to remain on the exhibit hall floor with their booths fully in place until the official close of the trade show, as stated above. Any exhibitors dismantling their booths prior to the scheduled time will be penalized a $250 fine. This fine must be paid before the exhibitor may apply to exhibit at future shows. Show Management will monitor and enforce this policy. Please plan your travel accordingly.
